Tom’s review on our 2011 Gran Corte Estate Blend—

This 2011 Gran Corte is a beautiful Argentine blend of 75% Malbec, 10% Cab Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 5% Syrah😋On the pour that dark, purply inked color you expect from Malbec filled my glass . With a bit of time and swirling, concentrated dark fruit aromas of blackberries, black cherries, and black currant rose up and then I got smacked with treasures of licorice, leather, coffee, nutmeg, vanilla, thyme, rosemary, earth, and tobacco💥While these continued on the sip a bit of dark chocolate slipped in and I was just beside myself 😜. Full-bodied, medium acidity, smooth tannins, bold, elegant, rich, and classic. Thank you Tamarelli, I can’t wait to open the other bottles I added to my prize, your Cab Franc and Rosé🍷#wine#worldmalbecday#winenotes#winesofargentina#winesofsouthamerica#mendoza#winery#winemaker#winemoments #winestagram#malbec#redblend#varietal#winefriends#vinos#fridaynight#stahome#wineathome#wino#wineaddict#tamarellivineyards #grancorte #cheers
